I have been on a diet since the age of 11, always thinking there was something wrong with my body. Constantly failing, binge eating and always feeling hungry. I decided there was something wrong with me. I’ve seen many dietitians and been told to ‘moderate’ or be ‘disciplined’. I disliked my own body and I was ashamed of it. As I have progressed in my career in the field of addiction as well as eating disorders, I have learned that there has always been a vital piece of the puzzle missing: understanding my own psychology around eating, weight and body-image. I discovered that it was actually very little to do with the food itself and there was not something fundamentally wrong with me. There are so many people who continue to struggle as I have, and I feel that all my life experiences have led me down this path in helping others place the last (and biggest) piece of the puzzle.

Real Meal Revolution’s transformation model is designed to get you to take action and create results.


Our transformation programs are broken up into weekly, manageable bite-sized modules, with incremental deadlines, designed to help you pace yourself over the duration of the course and allow you the legroom to work when it suits you best.


At the beginning of each module your expert presents frameworks and concepts in an intimate and interactive setting, designed for you to connect with the subject matter and relate it to your own experience. Assignments are issued at the end of each workshop and you have until the next workshop to complete them.


Each week’s assignment plays a critical role in the concepts and frameworks to be discussed in the following week.


Throughout your transformation, you have access to a Success Coach who will help you manage your time, and support you with any administrative or technical queries you might have.
